Mayfair Grade II listed office

The challenge with this commercial property located in the heart of Mayfair was to transform a beautiful designed Grade II listed building into a workable and comfortable 21st century office, while retaining its architectural features. This was achieved by using Italian marble flooring in the entrance hall and neutral colours on the walls throughout. The principal’s office has custom-made oak panelling, skirting, and architraves throughout. Using a mix of contemporary and vintage furniture and lighting adds character and wit to the space.
